(Who are the people who will help move your advocacy focus/goals forward? In other words, whose support do you need to garner in order for your advocacy effort(s) to be successful?

The people who will help move my advocacy focus/goal forward are those that are in position to offer the opportunity for my research of pinpointing how to eliminate these types of behaviors and effective techniques for addressing such issues. The other people who would help to move my advocacy focus/goals are those that have the appropriate funding for my goal and program.

I honestly believe that having the necessary tools will help to equip the teacher for all that is needed for addressing this issue.

Are there any people you need to be aware of who may oppose your efforts?

Well, yes....those that oppose and think that it will not work because they are  use to doing things their way. I really have a probably with those individuals who despise change and challenge, because they don't realize that they are hindering those children who need to be helped in all aspects. Mainly, those that cannot help to move my focus/goal forward.

Three solution-oriented advocacy message(s) that will move your goals forward, mobilize others, inspire action (remember to use action-inspiring language targeted to your key audiences).

All children are created equal regardless of their gender ( despite some are more advanced , average or slower than others). All children have the right and is entitled to an effective, fun and exciting learning experience while in the care of their teacher. It is their right to have an opportunity to learn ( regardless, if they desire it or not) in a school setting.

Teacher should teach to were all children can learn and not learn what they teach. All children have their own way of comprehending and developing while learning. All children should be taught to were they can and will learn. Teachers need to be sympathetic when it comes to educating children. Because some children, may be experiencing a traumatic experience that causes them to act out of the ordinary.

Going the extra mile, for some children/students that may need a little more hands on to enhance their learning and build a positive attitude in that child. Keep a current and ongoing relationship with some students to build their self esteem up and develop them in becoming successful independent students for the future.

The three insights with regard to what I have learned about the advocacy process so far is it is very important to be and effective spokesperson for children, because children can voice their opinion of what they really need . I have found in order to be effective an individual must have their priorities straight and know their purpose for doing such. I have learned that being and advocate is more than just doing what I like to do, or just getting a check. I have found that money can't afford how important it is to be and advocate for children that need and desire the right to be taught, in spite of their behavior. I have found that money can't but the passion I have for children, especially those that have such behavior problems. I have found it is important to always caught those that are falling by the wayside. It is important to help them understand the concept of having a positive behavior in order to succeed in life. I have also learned that children are a ministry that is on going.

My current assessment of the benefits and challenges of my advocacy focus and goals are very beneficial for these children and their parents, because it will be reassuring to know they are learning while in school and under my care. It will ease their parents minds, to know that their child is progressing in school with their behavior and academics. I find that very satisfying and pleasing to my spirit. It is a sense of relief to me and mostly to the parents. But mostly, the children will will valued and educated.

The challenges that I have experienced in identifying my key audiences and developing my messages, as well as any other concerns, is how can a teacher allow that to take place in their class and not do anything about it. And mainly, focusing on the responsibility of why the teacher didn't address it with and effective strategy and not just sit up and label the child of his/her actions. I find that to be the most challenging thing I have ever see in my entire life. That is a hard pill to swallow.
