The factors that I believe that will contribute to my selecting focus is eliminating this behavior so that all educators can maintain and effective classroom. So that they can teach and equip students with the necessary knowledge and tools needed. I find it very disturbing to see this happen and nothing is done. It seems as if the child is labeled and not given the chance or opportunity to learn, because some teachers will not go that extra mile when it comes to children in this category. I believe it is not fair to the child and it causes an emotional disturbance that causes tem to prolong this behavior from being eliminated. I believe my short and long term goals have been identified and a plan is put in place.
I do accept positive feedback that will help me enhance my plan from my colleagues and peers, I believe it is a way of planting a seed or giving a “Knowledge Nugget”. I believe is priceless! I really love those. Please feel free to offer any suggestion , because I find that to be a Big Motivation, in spite of repeating this class. Thanks Bunches!
